ONE ROOM AVAILABLE! Mrs. B's Ladies Rooming House has one room available February 1, 2015. $400/month and $400 deposit with year lease, $450/month and $450 deposit with six-month lease. Contact Mrs. B to request photos of her rooming house - you are not going to believe how awesome a set up this is. You show up with your suitcases, laptop and toiletries, toss some food in the fridge and you're moved in. Everything else is provided. International students have found this to be particularly convenient. Each of the rooms is fully decorated - something to suit everyone's tastes. Canopy beds, shabby chic, comfy rockers... these rooms will make you feel special. Each private, secure room includes a quality double bed (all linens provided), a desk & chair, dresser, bookshelf, comfortable chair to relax in and a roomy closet. Each room is single occupancy only. In addition to a large, private, secure bedroom the roomer shares a large 3/4 bath with only one other roomer (includes a dressing table, three-way mirror, linens). A fully-furnished common living area includes a kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge, pantry, sink, dishes, cutlery, etc, etc) with a dining table and chairs, connected to the furnished living room (flat screen TV, blu-ray player). There is a half bath off this common living area. There is a separate, second furnished common living room (desks, chair, bookshelves, couch) for quieter relaxing. There's a convenient on-site no-fee washer and dryer - no need to run to the laundromat. Electric, gas, water, garbage, high speed wireless internet INCLUDED. Take a study break with a trip to beautiful Corbin Park (just one block away in this quiet residential neighborhood)where you can play tennis, volleyball, basketball or even croquet with items borrowed from Mrs. B, or bring your bike and go for a ride on the Centenial Trail, or just relax on the front porch in the glider and wonder how Mrs. B gets those great big pumpkins to grow hanging from a trellis garden. Only two blocks to a Starbucks. A couple blocks to the bus stop (bus every 15 minutes from 6:30am to 5:30pm, then every 1/2 hour until about 10pm). Groceries & several places to eat within walking distance. No pets. Non-smoking, studious, neat, female college students only please.
