The Gonzaga Mailroom provides the services that include receiving of packages/mail via Fed Ex and UPS. We also provide all services a US Postal Substation does, for example: certified, insured, priority, express, first class and parcel letters and packages. In addition, we also ship out packages/mail through these methods. We sell packaging materials, boxes, envelopes, tape for all of your packing needs, as well as stamps.
The Mailroom will be open on Saturday, August 31st for Orientation but is normally closed weekends during the academic year. We also observe all of Gonzaga University Holidays.
The cost for a mailbox is $30 for the academic year plus a $5 key deposit. You may pay online by clicking here. You will be sent a postcard with your mailbox assignment once we have received payment.
Undergraduate students living on campus MUST have a Mail Box (MSC box) in order to receive packages and mail. Mail cannot be delivered to residence halls or apartments. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF MAILBOXES due to security reasons.
Packages may be shipped starting August 1st. Once you arrive on campus, come to the Crosby Building to pick up your key and your packages. In order to pick up packages, there will be a slip from Mail Services in your mailbox.
