  • to seek scholarships from outside sources
  • to watch out for hidden charges
  • that ice is slippery in combat boots!
  • that Spokane weather is constantly changing: what you're wearing in the morning has no reflection on what you'll be wearing in the afternoon

  • to stock up on food before parents leave
  • that FLEX dollars go fast if you order pizza every day
  • that Russell Theater is a great source of entertainment
  • to get more involved with intramural sports
  • that University Ministry provides Pilgrimage, retreats, and masses as well as resources for non-catholic students
