Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs
Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs (SNAP)
Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs is a non-profit Community Action Agency, serving Spokane County. Our mission is:
· Providing human services, housing, and economic opportunities in a manner which enhances dignity and
· Advocating for programs, policies, and resources that maximize individual capacities and promote strong communities.
The board, staff, and volunteers of SNAP are committed to providing a wide range of accessible services for members or our community. Services that help families provide for their basic needs have long been the core of the agency’s operation. However, we constantly search for long-term solutions for eliminating poverty in the lives of our clients. (SNAP) exists to help improve the lives of the working poor, low-income elderly, families living in poverty and the homeless among us. SNAP is the local and regional advocate for the most vulnerable of our community neighborhoods.
