GUSR

Gonzaga University Specialized Recreation, or GUSR, is entering its 10th year at Gonzaga University for the 2013-2014 academic year. Today we serve roughly 40 community members across our play and sports programs with the assistance of roughly 50 volunteer GU students throughout the year.  The program is run by a team of 5 student coordinators with the assistance of a graduate student, and is advised by a staff member of the Center for Community Action and Service Learning (CCASL).

GUSR Application Deadline Change -

Due to the overwhelming number of applicants to volunteer with GUSR this fall, the application window officially closed at 11:59pm on Sunday, September 15th. The Leadership Team will complete interviews the week of September 16th, and will notify all applicants of their status on Sunday, September 22nd. We have received an unprecedented number of applications this semester, and we thank you for your enthusiasm and support for our important program. It is only through this support and dedication that we can continue to provide and improve GUSR and other programs at CCASL.
