To support students and alumni in all phases of their career development by providing training and opportunities through engagement while fostering an ethos of men and women for others.

Definitions:

• Training - To provide coaching and training resources for students and alumni as they explore, select and secure meaningful career opportunities.
• Engagement - To engage alumni, employers, faculty, parents and friends in the career development of students and alumni.
• Opportunities - To develop a wide variety of high quality internship and full-time opportunities for all students and alumni.
