This page is used for pre-registration in obtaining the numbered, color-coded parking permit required to park in Gonzaga University owned parking lots. Eligible parties are staff/faculty of the University, or currently registered students.
Filling out this form will allow us to reserve a numbered permit for you ahead of your visit to our office. You will still be required to pay for your permit in person (cash or check only, please), and you will also need to sign in front of a Campus Public Safety and Security official acknowledging that you have received a copy of the Gonzaga University Parking Rules and Regulations, before we may issue you your pass. This form will, however, significantly speed you through the process, and your permit will be available to you almost immediately.
Below are some helpful hints in filling out the required fields:
Type of pass: SF = Staff/Faculty (red)
GR = Commuter students living off-campus (green)
RH = Residence Hall Students (yellow)
LS = Law Students (orange)
R = Students living in GU-owned rental houses and apartments (purple)
SV = Night Pass (good after 5 pm only)
CK = Corkery Residents (teal)
GU ID Number: If you are a new student and don't know your ID number visit the Registrar's Office, or the Law Registrar for new Law Students. New employees may call Human Resources, (509) 313-5996 to obtain your GU ID #.
Mailing Address: This can be your home mailing address or your on-campus mailbox.
Phone: This can be your home phone, work phone, Residence Hall extension or cell.
Vehicle License #: This is the number listed on your license plate, NOT on your driver's license.
Additional Vehicles: Additional vehicles may be added at the Security Office when your permit is picked up.
You will be notified via e-mail or phone when your parking permit prepared is available for pick-up from the CPS&S Office, lower level of Welch Hall, corner of Dakota and Desmet, during normal operating hours.
