Coughlin Hall is located at 816 Cincinnatti.

Coughlin Hall opened Fall 2009 and is our newest residence hall on campus. It is designed corridor style, with common area bathrooms. What makes this residence hall unique is it is the first devoted to under division residents that has an on site café, a reception desk staffed for late night hours, and a faculty member lives in Coughlin. It is home to our living-learning communities.

Other unique features include:

• a lounge area for each wing on each floor
• a music practice area on the top floor, including a piano
• on site parking beneath the first floor
• a residence hall library collection
• a seminar room
• a full sized classroom
• several floor level recreation areas
