Work for CCASL!

Welcome! This is the place where you can find out about student employment opportunities with CCASL. Job postings have been broken down between Federal and State Workstudy positions and descriptions and applications can be found through the left side navigation pane. In order to apply within either category however you must be eligible for FEDERAL or STATE WORKSTUDY! The only exception is if you are seeking employment as part of a Students in Service award described below. Students in Service:

Interested in our working for us but not eligible for work-study?  No worries!  You can still apply for any of our CCASL positions and be compensated through a Students in Service scholarship. 

Students in Service is a Campus Compact AmeriCorps program that supports and promotes the engagement of higher education students in their communities by offering education awards/scholarships to those who participate in community service, service learning, or civic engagement activities. You can earn a scholarship (from $1,000-$2,362) to pay for higher education costs.  The scholarship is not paid until the end of your term of service (300, 450, or 900 hours) and can only be used for educational costs such as tuition, room and board, books, etc.  To find out more about the Students in Service stipend, visit www.studentsinservice.org.  If you have any questions, contact the Coordinator of Student Engagement at 313-5543.
