Symphony Orchestra,Wind Symphony Perform March 2

The Gonzaga University Symphony Orchestra and Wind Symphony will perform at 7:30 p.m., Monday, March 2 at the Martin Woldson Theater at the FOX, located at 1001 W. Sprague Ave., downtown Spokane. The concert is free and open to the public.

Conducted by Robert Spittal, Gonzaga University associate professor of music, the program will consist of J.S. Bach’s “Brandenburg Concerto No. 3,” Percy Grainger’s “Lincolnshire Posy,” Aaron Copland’s “Quiet City” and Smetana’s “The Moldau.” Featured soloists for the event will include Gary Plowman, playing the English horn and William Berry who will play the trumpet.
