Gonzaga School of Law Associate Professor Alan McNeil will discuss the topic, "Legalized Gambling: Blessing or Curse" from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m., Wednesday, March 19, at First Presbyterian Church, 318 S. Cedar, as part of the Spokane City Forum. Legalized gambling has brought huge economic growth to our local tribes. Has it also led to an increase in "Problem Gambling"? Professor McNeil will present a comprehensive look at this topic. The cost is $10, $5 for students, and includes lunch.
