Cliff Allen will lead a morning workshop on “Leadership Challenges through Change” from 7:30-8:45 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 12, at CenterStage, located at 1017 W. 1st Ave., downtown Spokane. Breakfast begins at 7 a.m., before the workshop. The event, which is open to the public, costs $25 per person or $9 for students.

Allen, vice president of engineering and operations of the General Dynamics Itronix Corp., will discuss how elements of transformational and servant leadership have helped him lead the company through organizational change. Also, he will offer advice to participants on how they can incorporate strategies he used to foster his personal resiliency, maintain vision for the organization and integrate new values in the company culture.

Leadership Connection is a nonprofit collaboration between Whitworth University, Leadership Spokane and Gonzaga University to provide affordable and convenient leadership development opportunities for the Spokane community. The organization is sponsored by Northwest Farm Credit Services and Group Health.
