Join Sharon Daloz Parks for an invigorating session! Develop skills to help teams deal with adaptive challenges, and how to modify your style of interacting with others for an effective “presence.” You’ll also better understand what types of organizational and individual development programs your organization should adopt to foster these skills.

Sharon Parks is director of Leadership for the New Commons, an initiative of the Whidbey Institute. Parks speaks and consults nationally for a wide range of professional organizations and institutions. The event runs from 9 a.m.-noon, Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Foley Teleconference Center. The cost is $89 per person, $69/person for groups of three or more, $79 nonprofit rate, and $49 for students.
