Gonzaga University Continuing Education will feature Joseph Albert, Gonzaga associate professor of organizational leadership, and Kay Bachman, a project manager for Avista Corp., in its “Project Leadership Seminar” June 14-16 in the Schoenberg Center at  GU.
            The seminar will introduce the basics of successfully leading a project team. Participants will learn to successfully plan, manage and deliver projects, implement project management processes, and develop leadership skills such as organizing scarce resources, managing tight deadlines, controlling change throughout projects and generating maximum team performance.
