Organizational Leadership Seminar Coming June 7-9

Continuing Education at Gonzaga University will offer a seminar June 7-9 to introduce people to the principles of effective organizational leadership and teach them to recognize the approaches and styles of other leaders.

The seminar will be led by Joseph F. Albert, associate professor of organizational leadership at Gonzaga. It will be held at the Schoenberg Center on Gonzaga’s campus from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, June 7; 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Friday, June 8; and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, June 9. The cost is $695 per person ($650 each for groups of three or more), which includes materials, books, a reception Thursday and a lunch on Friday.

The seminar will help participants develop a clearer understanding of their own leadership qualities and challenge areas as they create a personal definition of leadership and set goals for individual improvement. Seminar activities include presentations, readings, facilitated discussions, and interaction with guests from various industries who are key leaders within their organizations.
