The sixth annual “Unity in Spirit” Pow Wow will be held in the Martin Centre Pavilion at Gonzaga University Saturday and Sunday, March 31 and April 1. The event, sponsored by the First Nations Student Association, is free and open to the public. The pow wow will display different types of dances and there will be several vendor booths. There will be Grand Entries Saturday at noon and 7 p.m., and Sunday at noon; during the Grand Entries all dancers line up by dance style and age and enter the arena while musicians playing drums sing an opening song.
