Mary Stuart Rogers, a lifelong resident of north-central California, established the Foundation in 1985 to perpetuate her commitment to helping the less fortunate and helping young men and women in their educational pursuits. The Foundation’s interests in education, women, children, the homeless and the blind closely reflect the concerns of its founder.
