Lynn Reaser, Ph.D., chief economist and managing director for the Investment Strategies Group at Bank of America, will discuss “Maintaining the Momentum: Economic Challenges in 2007” at 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the Gonzaga University School of Business Administration Dean’s Business Forum in the Jepson Center, Wolff Auditorium.
The event is open to the public and is $12.50 per person, which includes a continental breakfast that begins before the lecture at 7 a.m. Early reservations are recommended as the forums fill up rapidly. In her current role, Reaser is responsible for tracking and forecasting economic trends and evaluating their effects on financial markets. She follows international, national, and regional developments, and plays a key role in helping to shape the bank’s investment strategy.
Reaser is often interviewed by American and international media regarding her forecasts on national and international trends. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Business Economics. She also has served in a number of government advisory positions and chaired the American Bankers Association’s Economic Advisory Council.
