Law School to Host Colville Tribal Hearing Oct. 20

The Barbieri Courtroom at the Gonzaga University School of Law will be the setting for oral arguments in a case from the Colville Tribal Court of Appeals at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 20.

The hearing is open to the public. The hearing involves an enrollment question (tribal membership) that could impact a number of Colville Tribal members. The Colville Tribal Court of Appeals bench consists of nine justices from diverse backgrounds.
