Chris Francovich, Ph.D., an adjunct professor in Gonzaga University’s School of Professional Studies, will discuss “Organizational Trust” from 7-8:45 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 16 at the Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute. The cost is $25 for breakfast and the discussion; student discounts are available.
The workshop is presented by Leadership Connection, a nonprofit partnership between Leadership Spokane, Whitworth College, and Gonzaga University that aims to provide convenient and affordable leadership development within the Spokane region.
Just about everyone thinks that trust is a good thing. And, most believe that trust is central to both our personal and professional lives. Most people also believe that the “level” of trust in the public sphere and in organizations is low. This workshop will help attendees learn how to understand trust and build it. Real-life experiences of the facilitators and attendees will provide case studies for a powerful learning experience.
