Gonzaga University Continuing Education will offer a workshop from 1-5 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 16 that provides a practical approach to strategic planning that factors future trends, uncertainties and their implications on an organization’s long-term success.
The workshop will be led by Lori Silverman who has successfully partnered with more than 35 enterprises. It will be held in the Club Room of the McCarthey Athletic Center at Gonzaga. The cost is $119. To get a group discount, please call (509) 323-3572.
Silverman has helped organizations plan to develop a vision and translate that vision into breakthrough strategies and action steps that help the organization to clarify its focus and achieve its goals. Few organizations effectively plan for the long term.
