Formerly known as the Summit Property, Kendall Yards, located on the north bank of the Spokane River, west of Monroe Street, is the location for a proposed major expansion of downtown Spokane. The proposal includes residences, dining, shopping and public spaces. Black Rock Development is located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Chesrown has a long history in the Inland Northwest. He grew up in the Spokane Valley, and has always considered the region home. He acquired the 77-acre property in November 2004. Chesrown’s vision for the Kendall Yards property includes the creation of an energetic, diverse and distinctive urban neighborhood for hundreds of residents.
