Team 616 includes Tim Campbell, Robert Coleman, Katie Gast, Brett Grannemann, Ginny Griffin, Michael Hickey, and Sara Strachila. Team 615 includes Kristen Benadom, Patrick Gunning, Claire Hood, Katie Love, Emmilee Peterson, Daisy Tran, and Greg Wilson.
The teams are coached by Georgie Ann Weatherby, GU associate professor of sociology and criminal justice; Vik Gumbhir, GU assistant professor of sociology and criminal justice; Tony Hazel, Spokane County deputy prosecutor; Tracy LeRoy, attorney with the Spokane law firm Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport, & Toole; and Jennifer Underwood, attorney with Keith Douglass & Associates.
"We’re rivaling Zags’ (men’s) basketball with our Number 7 ranking early on this season," Weatherby said. "Now it's onward and upward . . . and, by the way, we already need a bigger trophy case," Weatherby said.
