Staff Assembly Executive Council Meeting

Members Present: Kelly Earnest, Krystal Burns, Rick Smith, Mary Beth Charleboix, Linda Sue McClure, Brady Nielsen, Crystal Roberg, Tim Woodard (guest of Rick Smith) and Connie Hickman
Agenda Topics Discussed:
- Staff Assembly Website: Discussion concerned the best way to maintain the SA website and make sure it is current and useful. Questions that need to be answered include what do we want to see on the website and who is responsible for updating. Conclusions were that the website should include an explanation of SA, list activities, highlight progress toward goals, list meeting dates and have minutes for staff members to read. The need for committee pages and pictures was also discussed.
- Visual display for SA: Several bulletin boards have been identified as potential space for a SA board. Follow-up is needed to see who currently has “ownership†of the boards.
- Committee descriptions: SA members are continuing to review descriptions.
- AVP Human Resources position: SA members were encouraged to forward any questions they have to Georgia Dunham.
- Trevor Werttemberger, President of SA, broke his leg in an accident. Maybe SA could help with food delivery J
- Treasurer’s Report: Linda Sue McClure is filling in as acting Treasurer.
