STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES
Wednesday, July 16, 2003 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
1898 Room – Administration Building
Members Present: Kathy Sherrick, Mary Beth Charleboix, Lisa Meyer, Janice Resch, Krystal Burns, Stacey Chatman.
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Krystal Burns at 12:15 p.m.
Change of deleting “Krystal Burns†from July 2 Minutes was noted; Minutes pending approval when there is a quorum.
New Business
Staff Assembly Files: Neva has turned over box of materials to Lisa; Cathy Perry and Janice Resch will do same with their binders. Lisa to organize; executive council to determine what should be saved or tossed. Krystal has offered use of her metal files for permanent storage of materials.
Old Business
Compensation Consultant: Still no decision by the Trustees regarding hiring of compensation consultant.
Picnic Committee: 300 people have rsvp’d. No more volunteers needed; there will be a horseshoe pit; everything is pretty much finalized; St. Al’s tent will be looked at for usability and volunteers will be needed to set it up and dismantle after event.
Website: Trevor has updated our website; everyone needs to submit bios and photographs (contact Bill Kostelec for photo).
By virtue of the bylaws, all Staff
Assembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by the
Executive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
