Staff Assembly Executive Council Minutes
April 14, 2004
1898 Room 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Members Present: Marcia Bertholf, Lisa Meyer, Krystal Burns, Trevor Werttemberger, Stacey Chatman, Kim Gieber, Cathy Perry.
Called to order at 12:35 p.m. by President Marcia Bertholf.
Minutes: Approved as written. Lisa to email to all staff and post in Outlook.
Cultural Awareness: All set to go for April 22nd. Lisa to volunteer at check-in table.
Elections: Ballots to be collated and mailed today. Lisa and Krystal to do this. Ballots to be mailed back to election committee by next Friday.
Spring Open Meeting: June 9th from 11:30-1:00 is date. Lisa to call Campus Services to see if Globe is available then; Lisa to call Sodexho to get menu ideas and prices. Marcia to write an all staff letter to summarize this year’s accomplishments; HUG results will be read; introduction of new members.
Meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
