STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES

July 24, 2002 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

1898 Room

Members Present:, Neva Bishop, Keith Gauthier, Matthew Wood, Mary Beth Charleboix, Cathy Perry, William Kostelec, Krystal Burns and Janice Resch from the Compensation Committee

Members Absent: Kim Gieber, Theresa Castillo, Anne Thomas, Trevor Werttemberger

The meeting was called to order by President Keith Gauthier at 12:10

Old Business

Update on Picnic

          Wednesday August 7th

          Food on Mulligan Field

          3 Tents on Foley

          T-shirts for planning committee

          2 Bands

          308 RSVP’d

          Lots of Kids stuff

          Scavenger hunt

          Next  meeting – August 6th

Compensation Committee

          Finalizing FAQ’s

          Steve Doolittle will be at next SAEC meeting

Scheduling of future meetings

Next Meeting will be held on July 31, 2002.

Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in 1898 Room from 12:00 – 1:00.  Since this is the lunch hour, please feel free to bring your lunch.  All SAEC members will be notified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.

By virtue of the bylaws, all Staff Assembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by the Executive Council.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
