Members Present: Neva Bishop, Cathy Perry, Anne Thomas, Trevor Werttemberger, Kim Gieber, Mary Beth Charleboix, Krystal Burns, Gina McFarland from the Compensation Committee
Members Absent: Keith Gauthier, Theresa Castillo, William Kostelec
The meeting was called to order by Secretary Neva Bishop at 12:10
New Business
Mary Ritter Heitkemper has asked us the following:
I was wondering if you could help me. We are trying to expand the alcohol awareness for students on campus. I would like to work with Staff Assembly to get ideas. Can I come to your meeting some time? Thanks.
Will put off any response until Keith returns.
Meeting adjourned at 12:20 pm
Scheduling of future meetings
Next Meeting will be held on October 23, 2002. Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in 1898 Room from 12:00 – 1:00. Since this is the lunch hour, please feel free to bring your lunch. All SAEC members will be notified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.
By virtue of the bylaws, all Staff Assembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by the Executive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
