Members Present: Bill Kostelec, Janice Resch, Keith Gauthier, Theresa Castillo, Brett Hendricks, Kim Gieber, Krystal Burns, Neva Bishop, and Lisa Smythe-Rodino from the Compensation Committee
Members Absent: Barbara Kolbet, Anne Thomas, and Molly Spilker

Minutes from 3/27/02 approved as amended
Business
Survey
Brett presented the final draft of the survey that will go out with the ballots. It was voted to accept it as written and send it out with the ballots.
Reviewed the questions for the open meeting on April 4.
Scheduling of future meetings
Next Meeting will be held on April 10, 2002.
Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in Crosby Large Conference Room from 12:00 – 1:00. With the exception of the meeting on April 10, 2002, it will be held in the multipurpose room. Since this is the lunch hour, please feel free to bring your lunch. All SAEC members will be notified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.
By virtue of the bylaws, all Staff Assembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by the Executive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
