STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES
March 6, 2002 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Members Present: Bill Kostelec, Neva Bishop, Janice Resch, Keith Gauthier, Kim Gieber, Theresa Castillo, Anne Thomas, Brett Hendricks and Lisa Smythe-Rodino from the Compensation Committee
Members Absent: Barbara Kolbet, Krystal Burns, and Molly Spilker
The meeting called to order by President Bill Kostelec at 12:07
Minutes from 2/27/02 approved as written
New Business
Reviewed all position descriptions in preparation for the upcoming elections. The finished product will be brought to the next meeting for review by the committee.
A motion was made and passed that if any elected or appointed committee member, or executive council member resigns, that resignation needs to be in writing and directed to the President or another officer of the Executive Council.

Status on the list of morale boosters
Scheduling of future meetings
Next Meeting will be held on March 13, 2002.
Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in Crosby Large Conference Room from 12:00 – 1:00. Since this is the lunch hour, please feel free to bring your lunch. All SAEC members will be notified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.
By virtue of the bylaws, all Staff Assembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by the Executive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
