STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES
December 19, 2001 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Crosby Large Conference Room
Members Present: Keith Gauthier, Janice Resch, Theresa Castillo, Neva Bishop, Bill Kostelec, Kim Gieber, and Brett Hendricks
Members Absent: Krystal Burns, Anne Thomas, Molly Spilker and Barbara Kolbet
The meeting was called to order by President Bill Kostelec at 12:10.
Old Business
Minutes from 12/12/01 passed as written
Since the last meeting members of the executive council shared ideas with Bill regarding the list of morale boosting ideas. During the meeting we had good discussions on the benefits of each idea and the best possible way to present it to Father Spitzer. Bill will finalize the list of morale boosting ideas as per our suggestions. This list will be given to Mike Casey to present to Father Spitzer on behalf of the staff.
New Business
We will try to schedule an open meeting of the Staff Assembly with Chuck Murphy sometime in February.
Scheduling of future meetings
No meetings on December 26, January 2 or January 16. Regular weekly meeting on January 9. The regular weekly meeting schedule will resume on January 23. Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in Crosby Large Conference Room from 12:00 – 1:00. Since this is the lunch hour, please feel free to bring your lunch. All SAEC members will be notified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.
By virtue of the bylaws, all Staff Assembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by the Executive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
