SAEC Meeting Minutes

July 28, 10:30 a.m.

Members present:  Bill Kostelec, Krystal Burns, Tim Woodard, William Gibson, Karen Franks-Harding, Connie Hickman, Angela Ruff, Roberta Willey, Marcia Bertholf, Ann Price

Minutes Approval:

June 23 - Approved with noted changes

July 14 -  Approved

Krystal: Picnic update;

• RSVP's are up to almost 800.  Could end up costing us a lot more than in the past.  Sodexo is $12.00 each. 
• Tim will check with Ken Sammons today to make sure we have clarification on the status of plant employees who are working the late afternoon/early evening shift.  It was brought to Angela's attention that there was a question regarding how this event qualifies for the attendance policy. Angela did appeal to HR but was told that there needs to be clarification on the policy.

Angela - Retreat budget total $360.00.  Space is reserved at St. Joseph's ($75.00).  Connie made a motion to approve the budget.  Marcia seconded.  Approved.

Krystal:  Ad box for Staff Assembly, Ad Box 55.  Secretary is in charge of checking the box.
