A)   Trevor sent an email out, notifying people to contact Jason Swainif they would like access to the Fish video to watch as an office.Jason will facilitate the group discussion

B)    An administrator asked if we had taped the program. This somethingto consider for next time.

C)   Attendants made good, appropriate comments. People seemed to getthe point.

D)   More administrators stayed for the duration for the presentationthan at past Heads Up programs.

E)    Several of the points on the “idea list” would be easy to use hereat Gonzaga.

Community Service- Habitat for Humanity is starting nextWednesday (March 23rd) and going through theweekend (Holy Week). Saturday (March 26th) will bemade up of 2 hour shifts beginning at 8:30 AM.  Marcia is sending an emailout for anyone who is interested.

Elections – Krystal sentout an email that included all of the opening Staff AssemblyExecutive Council positions.

Exempt vs. non-exempt positions on the council:  Marcia explains that forthe budget committee position, it would be important to have anexempt person in this role because they would have the bestknowledge about what is going on with budget matters.

Other concerns:  Ifsomeone has a savvy supervisor, job classifications can be changedeasily.  We don’t wantto turn people away who want to be involved.  This is an issue we canvote on and change in the by laws if necessary. Marcia will writeout a proposal.

The meeting with thecandidate for Vice President of Mission will be heldon Monday, March 21st.

Meeting adjourned at 12:50 p.m. Next meeting April 20, 2005
