STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCILMINUTES

Wednesday, July 30, 2003 12:00 – 1:00p.m.

1898 Room – AdministrationBuilding

Members Present:  Kathy Sherrick, Lisa Meyer, KrystalBurns, Linda Sue McClure, Jane Hession.

The meeting was called toorder by Vice President Krystal Burns at 12:15 p.m.

Minutes from July9^th and 16^th pending approval when there is aquorum.

Meeting last week, July23^rd, cancelled due to staff picnic.

New Business

Marcia Bertholf:    Marcia doing very well and is in touch. Staff Assembly will sendher a gift.

FinancialReport:     Linda Suepresented a draft financial report; suggested change was that wealready have April’s Lottery of $100.00 so delete that fromprojection column.

Old Business

President’sLottery:            Name has been drawn and prize will be a gift certificate toNorthtown Mall.

PicnicCommittee:   480 people counted perLonghorn Bar-be-que. Picnic was success; debriefing meeting of Picnic Committee will beheld; email to be sent out requesting response fromattendees.

Staff AssemblyFiles:         Lisa waiting to receive Janice’s and Cathy’s binders and to pick updisc from Neva.

By virtue of the bylaws, all StaffAssembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by theExecutive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
