STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCILMINUTES

Wednesday, July 16, 2003 12:00 – 1:00p.m.

1898 Room – AdministrationBuilding

Members Present:  Kathy Sherrick, Mary Beth Charleboix,Lisa Meyer, Janice Resch, Krystal Burns, Stacey Chatman.

The meeting was called toorder by Vice President Krystal Burns at 12:15 p.m.

Change of deleting “KrystalBurns” from July 2 Minutes was noted; Minutes pending approval whenthere is a quorum.

New Business

Staff AssemblyFiles:  Nevahas turned over box of materials to Lisa; Cathy Perry and JaniceResch will do same with their binders. Lisa to organize; executivecouncil to determine what should be saved or tossed. Krystal hasoffered use of her metal files for permanent storage ofmaterials.

Old Business

CompensationConsultant:  Still no decision by theTrustees regarding hiring of compensation consultant.

PicnicCommittee:  300 people have rsvp’d. Nomore volunteers needed; there will be a horseshoe pit; everythingis pretty much finalized; St. Al’s tent will be looked at forusability and volunteers will be needed to set it up and dismantleafter event.

Website:  Trevor has updated ourwebsite; everyone needs to submit bios and photographs (contactBill Kostelec for photo).

By virtue of the bylaws, all StaffAssembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by theExecutive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
