Staff Assembly Executive CouncilMinutes

April 14, 2004

1898 Room 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

Members Present:Marcia Bertholf, Lisa Meyer, Krystal Burns, Trevor Werttemberger,Stacey Chatman, Kim Gieber, Cathy Perry.

Called to order at 12:35 p.m. by President Marcia Bertholf.

Minutes:         Approved as written. Lisa to email to all staff and post inOutlook.

Cultural Awareness:   All set to go forApril 22^nd. Lisa to volunteer atcheck-in table.

Elections:       Ballots to be collated and mailed today. Lisa and Krystal to dothis. Ballots to be mailed back to election committee by nextFriday.

Spring Open Meeting:            June 9^th from 11:30-1:00 is date. Lisa to call CampusServices to see if Globe is available then; Lisa to call Sodexho toget menu ideas and prices. Marcia to write an all staff letter tosummarize this year’s accomplishments; HUG results will be read;introduction of new members.

Meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
