The meeting was called to order by President KeithGauthier at 12:10

Old Business

No update from the administration on the new Regent,Keith will continue to pursue the answer.

Lottery prize suggestions:

         November: Grocery Store (Thanksgiving)

         December: Riverpark Square

         February:  Palm Courtat the Davenport (Valentine’s day)

Fee for athletic facilities for Faculty and Staff nodecided yet.

New Business

No meeting the 1^st week of school(September 4^th) or September 18th

Tammy Gifford won the August Presidents Lottery. AGift certificate to Splash down was the prize, because it was notreceived in a timely manner (processing was slow) Slash down wasclosed.  A certificateto Northtown mall was given as a replacement

Scheduling of futuremeetings

Next Meeting will be held on September 11,2002.

Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in 1898Room from 12:00 – 1:00.  Since this is the lunchhour, please feel free to bring your lunch.  All SAEC members will benotified if there is a change to this recurringmeeting.

By virtue ofthe bylaws, all Staff Assembly meetings are open unless otherwisedesignated by the Executive Council.  Everyone is welcome toattend.
