STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCILMINUTES

Members Present: BillKostelec, Krystal Burns, Neva Bishop, Anne Thomas, Janice Resch,Brett Hendricks, Keith Gauthier Kim Gieber and TheresaCastillo

Members Absent: BarbaraKolbet, and Molly Spilker

The meeting was called to order by PresidentBill Kostelec at 12:09

Minutes from 2/6/02 were approved aswritten

Upcoming Open Meeting

Brett to draft some questions based on theinformation shared by Father Spitzer and Chuck Murphy in theirNovember meetings.

All anonymous questions regarding budget will beforwarded to Brett to draft further questions.

Flyers will be in mailboxes on the 21^stand reminder email to go out on the 25^th.

OldBusiness

Bill will call Compensation Committee and ask thatone of them attend each Executive Council meeting.  There was group consensusthat this will improve the flow of information between the twocommittees.

Still gathering information to take to SteveDoolittle regarding the moral boosting suggestions that arecurrently being worked on.

NewBusiness

There is a motion on the table regardingagendas.

Scheduling of futuremeetings

Next Meeting will be held on February 20,2002.

Future meetings will be held each Wednesday in CrosbyLarge Conference Room from 12:00 – 1:00.  Since this is the lunchhour, please feel free to bring your lunch.  All SAEC members will benotified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.

By virtue of the bylaws, all StaffAssembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by theExecutive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
