STAFF ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVE COUNCILMINUTES

The meeting was called to order by PresidentBill Kostelec at 12:10.
OldBusiness
Minutes from 12/12/01 passed as written
Since the last meeting members of theexecutive council shared ideas with Bill regarding the list ofmorale boosting ideas. During the meeting we had good discussions on the benefits of eachidea and the best possible way to present it to FatherSpitzer. Bill willfinalize the list of morale boosting ideas as per oursuggestions. This listwill be given to Mike Casey to present to Father Spitzer on behalfof the staff.
NewBusiness
We will try to schedule an open meeting of the StaffAssembly with Chuck Murphy sometime in February.
Scheduling of futuremeetings
No meetings on December 26, January 2 or January16. Regular weeklymeeting on January 9. The regular weekly meeting schedule will resume on January 23. Future meetings will beheld each Wednesday in Crosby Large Conference Room from 12:00 –1:00. Since this isthe lunch hour, please feel free to bring your lunch. All SAEC members will benotified if there is a change to this recurring meeting.
By virtue of the bylaws, all StaffAssembly meetings are open unless otherwise designated by theExecutive Council. Everyone is welcome to attend.
