Referring toConflict Resolution and Advocate issues:
Setting timelimits on the advocates to serve in this capacity.
It wassuggested that a three-year term would be reasonable. Advocateswould serve duringtheir two-year term in office as well as an additional year on avoluntary basis, due to the time dedicated to training that isinvolved.
Possibly add anevaluation component to the policy and procedureprocess.
Does the HRdepartment want to be informed when the initial conflict isaddressed?
The stages needto be specific.
The draft ofthe Proposed Conflict Resolution Policy and Procedures for theStaff Advocates will be forwarded to the HR Department for theirreview.
