ACADEMIC HONORS CONVOCATION (Honorees, faculty, administrators participate, everyone is invited) - 3:15 p.m. Procession starts in the Administration Building.  The Academic Convocation will be held in the Globe Room of the Cataldo Dining Hall (the CAT).

CAP & GOWN PICK-UP FOR STUDENTS - 2:30 - 5:00 and 7:00 to 8:00 pm, Athletic Complex

ROTC COMMISSIONING CEREMONY - 5:00 p.m. -the Globe Room of the Cataldo Dining Hall (the CAT)

ACADEMIC PROCESSION BEGINS - 9:40 a.m.

CEREMONY BEGINS - 10:00 a.m. - in the Spokane Arena

CEREMONY ENDS - 12:45 p.m. (estimated time only)

AFTER CEREMONY

SOCIAL FOR GRADUATES, FACULTY AND FAMILIES 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. - Johnston Mall in front of the Administration Building (If rain - old gym in the Martin Centre)

• Please stop by and see the "Senior Thesis Exhibit: Selections from the Portfolios of the Graduating Seniors" at the Jundt Art Center and Museum. Jundt Art Museum hours for the week leading up to Commencement: Monday - Friday, May 4 through 8, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, May 9, 12 Noon to 4:00 p.m.
• We invite you to stop by the Gonzaga Bookstore to pick up those special souvenirs, The campus Bookstore will be open all week plus Saturday, (May 4 through May 9, 2009) from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.
• Crosby Student Union and the Crosby Espresso Cafe will be open on Saturday, May 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. See Bing Crosby's gold and platinum records and relax with a latte.
