Gonzaga University encourages all individuals to report any instance of sexual harassment involving any GU student, staff or faculty. Gonzaga is committed to fostering a safe community for all. Please use this form to make a report of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment includes:

Request for Sexual Favors
Unwelcome Verbal or Physical Conduct of a Sexual Nature
Sexual Violence
Sexual Assault
Intimate Partner Violence
Sexual Exploitation
Stalking

You can make an anonymous report by choosing to leave out your name, or the names of others involved. Please be aware that leaving out names may limit how the University can respond to reports of sexual harassment, but will not limit the support and resources given to those who report sexual harassment.
