Wednesday, February 5
11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - SENIOR FEST and CAP AND GOWN ORDERS, Cataldo Dining Hall (the CAT).
Monday, March 3
LAST DATE - No late fee assessed on cap & gown orders postmarked by this date.
Tuesday, March 4 to Friday, April 18
LATE FEE of $15 will be assessed on cap & gown orders postmarked this date and after.
Saturday, April 19 through Commencement
LAST MINUTE CAP AND GOWN ORDERS - These orders will be accepted based on availability. Additional air shipping charges will apply.
Tuesday, April 22
3:15 p.m. - ACADEMIC HONORS CONVOCATION (Honorees, faculty, administrators participate, everyone is invited). Procession starts in College Hall. The Academic Convocation will be held in the Globe Room of the Cataldo Dining Hall (the CAT).

11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - CAP AND GOWN PICK-UP for Seniors, 2nd floor balcony of The Martin Centre - by the pool entrance.

4:30 to 7:00 p.m. - CAP AND GOWN PICK-UP for Seniors, 2nd floor balcony of The Martin Centre - by the pool entrance.
Friday, May 9
2:00 to 3:00 p.m. - COMMENCEMENT REHEARSAL, McCarthey Athletic Center (***REMINDER - the rehearsal is in the McCarthey Center - the actual Commencement Ceremony will be in the Spokane Arena***)
2:30 to 6:00 p.m. - CAP AND GOWN PICK-UP for Seniors, 2nd floor balcony of The Martin Centre - by the pool entrance.
4:00 p.m. - SOCIAL JUSTICE MISSIONING CEREMONY, University Chapel, College Hall - for seniors who will be engaged in volunteer or service opportunities after they graduate and before they begin a career or continue their education. Guests are welcome.
5:15 p.m. - ROTC COMMISSIONING CEREMONY, St. Aloysius Church. Guests are welcome.
7:00 to 10:00 p.m. - SENIOR DESSERT SOCIAL, Bozarth Center - hosted by Student Life (Seniors, their families, and faculty). Contact Student Activities at 509-313-6123 for information.
Saturday, May 10
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - PRESIDENTIAL RECEPTION AND TOAST TO OUR SENIORS, Field House of The Martin Centre. This is a time for our Seniors and their guests to gather, for us to toast our Seniors and for everyone to enjoy some light refreshments.
1:00 p.m. - ASSEMBLE FOR BACCALAUREATE MASS, Students line up in the Gym of The Martin Centre in academic attire.
1:30 to 2:50 p.m. - BACCALAUREATE MASS, McCarthey Athletic Center (doors will open at 12:15 p.m.) Tickets are not required for admission.
Sunday, May 11
8:00 a.m. - SPOKANE ARENA DOORS WILL OPEN
9:00 a.m. - GRADUATING STUDENTS - MUST ARRIVE AT ARENA NO LATER THAN 9:00 a.m. FOR LINE UP - Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena
9:35 a.m. - ACADEMIC PROCESSION BEGINS
10:00 a.m. - CEREMONY BEGINS in the Spokane Arena
1:15 p.m. - CEREMONY ENDS (estimated time only)
1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. - AFTER CEREMONY SOCIAL FOR GRADUATES, FACULTY AND FAMILIES, in the Field House of The Martin Centre

Tuesday, May 6 - Saturday, May 10 - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - We invite you to stop by one of the Gonzaga Zag Shops to pick up those special souvenirs. The Campus Bookstore in the BARC will be open: Monday, May 5 - Friday, May 9 - 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m.
The Satellite Store (Kennedy Apartments, 121 E. Boone) will be open:Tuesday, May 6 - Saturday, May 10 - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 11 - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Crosby Student Union and the Crosby Espresso Cafe will be open on Saturday, May 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. See Bing Crosby's gold and platinum records and relax with a latte.
