
To the left you will find various training videos for Banner. You should complete
General Navigation before doing any other Banner training. If you experience any
issues accessing the videos please contact the IT Support Center at x5550 or
TechSupport@gonzaga.edu.
To access Banner while completing the basic Proficiency quiz, you will have to be
on-campus, preferably from the computer you will be using at work, not your
personal computer or over the wireless network.
If you need to take additional trainings such as Update Records Training or
Create records training you can register at www.gonzaga.edu/gutraining.
