Krystal Burns Bio: Krystal Burns has been at Gonzaga for over 15 years, the past 10 years as a Training Specialist. Krystal offers classes in Banner, Citrix, Microsoft Outlook, CMS (website editing) and Beginning Computers. |

Bill Kostelec Bio: Bill Kostelec is in his 14th year at Gonzaga. For 5 years, he ran the MAC and PC lab before moving to his current position. Bill's areas of expertise are Photoshop, including photo restoration, and Digital cameras and how to get the most out of the camera. | ![]() |

Dennis Hansen Bio:Dennis Hansen is the Safety Programs Manager at Gonzaga University. In his role, he is responsible for development and implementation of employee safety programs, building and grounds safety, chemical hygiene, safety training and emergency preparedness. He has been at Gonzaga for eleven years. Before that he developed hazardous waste operations and emergency preparedness for large companies through out the northwest. | ![]() |
