Transcripts

Transcripts can be ordered on-line with a Visa or Mastercard charge card. An official transcript can be obtained at a cost of $5.00 per copy.

Be prepared to provide this information for your transcript request:

Your name and date of birth
Your Gonzaga student ID#
Dates of attendance
Any names on the transcript you may have attended under
Your daytime telephone number
Your charge card number; expiration date

Please include a check or money order for the proper amount.

You may also request transcripts in person in the Registrar's Office, College Hall, Room 229, MTRF 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and W 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. A $10 transcript fee is charged for an "on-the-spot" transcript request.
