IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Registration Instructions
The information you will need to complete registration for this semester is: your user ID (GU ID number or social security number), your PIN, the CRN's for your cohort from the list below and directions on how to use ZAGWEB. Students are responsible for their own registration; a Student Accounts payment plan does not include any type of "automatic" registration.
If you have previously registered through ZAGWEB, the PIN remains the same unless you have changed it. If you don't remember your PIN, simply enter your User ID then click on 'Forgot PIN' and you will be asked a security question that you set up previously. Please remember that the answer is case sensitive. You will use the same number to register for future terms and will be able to review your grades also.
ZAGWEB registration dates begin November7 through December 31, 2008. Students registering late will be assessed a $50 late fee. If for any reason you are unable to complete registration, please contact the Registrar's Office immediately. If a hold has been placed on your record, you will be unable to complete registration until the matter is resolved through the office which initiated the hold.
Independent Study forms must be completed and signed by instructor, advisor, department chair and dean. See your advisor for details.
Spring Semester billing statements will not be available on Zagweb until January 2, 2009. If you are registered for Spring Semester classes, Student Accounts will mail an itemized statement to you in January. Additionally, electronic billing processes are implemented. Students and "authorized payers" will receive an email notification that the online bill is available. This email provides a link to Zagweb and then to CASHNet where the bill can be viewed, printed and/or paid. This notification is sent to your official Gonzaga University Student Email address ("@gonzaga.edu"). Please use Zagweb to view the latest billing statement. Follow the Electronic Billing and Payment link. American Express, Diner's Club, Discover and MasterCard credit card payments may be made online. Payment in full or payment arrangements are due by January 28, 2009. All payments must be made in United States funds. Check payments must be received by January 28, 2009 so please allow sufficient mailing time. Your professor has been asked not to accept and/or deliver payments on your behalf. Please do not attempt to send a payment with your instructor and kindly understand the professor's position when he or she refuses your request. If you wish to place a restriction on your directory information, contact the Registrar's office to place that hold.
After obtaining your CRN's (five digit Course Request Numbers) below, click on the link at the bottom of the page to register now.
Attention Canadian Students - T:11A forms will be mailed out before March 1, 2009. They are not available online. Please make sure your address is current.
