Biographical Information

Serena Baldini, born and raised in Florence, holds a degree in Lettere e Filosofia from the University of Florence and a   post-graduate Degree in Language and Communication. She completed her Master's  in Didactics of Italian as a Second Language and Promotion of Italian Culture at the University "Ca' Foscari "in Venice.  Professor Baldini believes that it is essential to create an interactive and motivating atmosphere in the classroom. Her goal  is to  teach students to communicate  effectively  so that they  will  not only  be able to interact  with native speakers,   but also  develop an interest in  discovering  more about  Florence  and the  Italian way of life.
