RENTAL GUIDELINES:
No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or pets are allowed in University vehicles. Close and lock all doors and windows every time the vehicle is parked.
Return vehicles no later than the agreed upon time, and with full gas tanks. Please remove all personal items and garbage and park in the designated vanpool parking spaces at the south end of the Plant Services lot. Additional charges may be applied if these are not met. Keys must be returned at the Customer Service desk, or dropped in the door slot of 1004 N. Ruby after regular business hours.
At the time of checkout, a valid driver's license and Department Budget number to recharge the department are needed. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to cancel the reservation within three working days of the departure date.
Should an emergency occur, or mechanical repairs are needed while the vehicle is in use, authorization must be obtained from Robert Aitken of the Plant Services department before repairs are made. If this authorization is not made, your department may be responsible for the charges. Robert Aitken can be contacted at 313-5678 7am-3pm or the Gonzaga Switchboard after 3pm, or on weekends and holidays at 313-2222.
If damages are incurred to the vehicle while in your department's possession which are not covered by our insurance (which is a $250-$500 deductible) or which result from something other than routine wear and tear, your department will be charged.  In addition, accident statements must be made the day that the accident occurs.
Please contact Customer Service at 313-5656 if you have further questions.
