LOG IN (ON CAMPUS)
  1. Dial the Audix System Ext. 2417
  2. Enter your extension #
  3. Enter initial default password # or 3535#

LOG IN (OFF CAMPUS)

  1. Dial into the main campus switchboard, (509) 328-4220
  2. When prompted for a 4 digit extension, enter the Audix System Ext. 2417
  3. Follow instructions 2-3 from the above On Campus Log In instructions
NOTE: You will need to create a private password. Follow Audix instructions "Change Password."
RECORD GREETING
  1. Dial Ext. 2417, you will hear the generic system greeting
  2. Enter your extension number, followed by the #
  3. Enter initial default password which is the # sign or 3535#
  4. The system asks you to record your name, follow system instructions. When this is complete you will need to record your personal greeting.
  5. To record greeting choose option 3, follow system instructions
NOTE: When this function is complete you can change your password see Change Password instructions below or listen to other options or **9 to disconnect.
CHANGE PASSWORD
  1. Dial Ext 2417
  2. Enter your extension number, followed by the #
  3. Enter initial default password which is the # sign or 3535#.
  4. Enter 5 to change your password, follow instructions. (NOTE: 5 is not an option the system lists in the prompts, select it anyway.)
  5. Enter 4, follow system instructions. Your password must be 4 to 15 digits
  6. When you have completely finished your changes to the system enter **9 to disconnect
RE-RECORD YOUR NAME
  1. Dial Ext. 2417, enter your extension number #, enter password #
  2. Enter 5, follow system instructions
  3. Enter 5 again, follow system instructions
NOTE: If you do not wish to record your name, your extension number is another option for this prompt.
LISTENING TO YOUR MESSAGES
  1. Dial Ext. 2417, enter your extension number #, enter password #
  2. Enter 2, listen to message header
  3. Enter 0 and listen to message
  4. When finished listening to a message Press # to save or Press *D to delete and skip to the next message.
NOTE: Listen to the system recordings for other options within this section
OTHER
  1. Forward to another extension -- Dial *2 and the extension you want to forward calls to. Dial #2 to undo the forward
  2. Forward directly to Audix -- Dial *3 and all calls will forward to your voice mailbox. Dial #3 to undo the forward.
